Both characters are adults, and “step” is just the label on their relationship, not a shared upbringing. A one-evening premise spread over seven parts is a long stretch. The word “deal” in the title hints at some arrangement between them, but that is our guess, and the blurb doesn’t say it.
Searches for it show up as “Sp00kybby: Night In Deal”, as misspelt versions of the stepsister title, and sometimes with “leaked” tacked on. These all point to the same series, and we don’t claim Candy renamed anything.
Why Stepsister’s Dirty Deal is blurred for free accounts

The blurb names two characters, Sp00kybby and her stepbro, a pair left at home when their plans collapse. Neither gets a fuller description, and we have not seen either on screen. Between 22 and 28 October the title drew about 264 searches, a share of them adding “leaked”. The complete series exists on Candy AI alone. Copies on other sites weren’t put there by Candy AI, and they usually turn out to be a recycled trailer, a poster, or a lure toward fake apps and malware.
