Later on the situation, as the blurb has it, pulls in their stepmom as well. Both step-siblings are adult characters, since the series is made for adult viewers only.
The five-part arc therefore runs from an awkward mishap, to a hidden relationship, to a triangle under one roof. We can speak only for the first minute; the later turns are the description talking, not our viewing. The “goth” in the title shows up in the episode as styling, a fitted black dress and a bedroom with posters on the wall, rather than as anything more revealing.
How My Goth Stepsister episode 1 plays out
The accident fills the whole first half. During roughly the opening 12 seconds, the goth stepsister, in a fitted black dress, crosses a lawn and porch carrying two iced coffees while she talks on her phone. At around 12 seconds a man in a white shirt and tie opens the front door, they collide, and the coffee soaks both of them.
From roughly 18 to 30 seconds we are in the hallway. She stands stunned, in a coffee-soaked dress, holding empty cups while coffee drips on the floor. At about 30 seconds two parents walk in, an older man wearing a dark shirt and a blonde woman wearing a beige wrap top, and she looks down, embarrassed. Clothing stays everyday throughout this stretch.
Then the camera shifts to a door left slightly open. At about 47 seconds a shirtless man, the stepbrother, looks out through the gap, serious. This is the point where an episode can show bare skin, and here it is a bare torso, not an undressed scene. In the last few seconds, seen through that same opening, a woman in black lingerie crosses a bedroom with posters on the walls, and the episode stops.
Our log is based on 16 frames spread evenly across the minute, so a blink-and-miss shot in between could escape us.
What My Goth Stepsister keeps off screen, and what we can’t confirm
Episode 1 contains no explicit moment, and nobody is undressed on screen. Even the lingerie moment is a glimpse from a distance, partly blocked by the door frame.
Part 2 onward is unseen on our side. The premise, a secret romance followed by the stepmom, points toward more physical scenes ahead, though the extent of those scenes is something we can’t say. Please don’t take our level 1 as a promise about parts 2-5: it may be the same, higher or lower, and the only route to the answer is to play them.

You get a decent taste of the style for nothing, and the free part 2 lets you judge whether the story is worth 36 tokens.
Anyone after on-screen nudity in the opener will be let down, since the lingerie glimpse lasts about four seconds and sits behind a door frame. Anyone hoping the stepmom storyline from the description appears in part 1 will also be waiting: she is a later turn in the premise, not part of what we watched.
