What Under the Chief is about
Per Candy AI’s synopsis, Harriet, an awkward newcomer to a hospital, is caught off guard when the chief of surgery bolts the door of the on-call room and proposes what the listing, in quotation marks, calls “hands-on training”. Outside, a head nurse, jealous and keen to get her fired, is waiting.
It is a workplace premise with a clear three-way structure: the senior doctor, the newcomer and a rival with authority over her shift. Everyone is an adult, working in a medical setting, and the on-call room is the forbidden space.
Part 1 does not reach the locked door, which is something to bear in mind if the title’s innuendo drew you in. The locked-door scene is described in the synopsis, not shown in the free minute. It sets up the corridor, the nurse’s desk and the first conversation. What happens behind the door is the premise’s promise and nothing we saw.
How the first minute of Under the Chief plays out
The first 12 seconds take place in a bright hospital corridor. A woman in blue scrubs, with the zip partly open, walks looking down, and white lace trim shows at the neckline. This is the look that tops our log.

At about 24 seconds the scene changes to a small room. A white-coated man reads papers at a table beside the woman in blue scrubs. They talk, standing close. At around 38 seconds the dark-haired nurse stands in a doorway as a man’s hand turns the door handle, and she looks unhappy about what she sees inside.
For the last 14 seconds, from about 46, the man and the woman in scrubs talk closely while the nurse sits at her desk. His hand adjusts the zip of the scrubs, and the clip closes on a surprised close-up.
Sixteen evenly timed frames make up the log, so an instant between two of them might have been missed.
What Under the Chief leaves out, and where our view ends
The free episode has no lingerie, no swimwear, no towels and no undressing. The boldest item is a neckline. Nothing explicit appears.
Past part 1 we are blind. The synopsis speaks of a locked door and “hands-on” training, which suggests the story grows more intimate. That is just our reading of the blurb; the later parts have not been viewed, and their content and ending are not ours to guess.
Who’s in Under the Chief
Part 1 has three principal figures. Harriet is the woman in blue scrubs. The nurse, who wears the short white outfit and stockings, is the jealous colleague from the synopsis. The man in the white coat is presumably the chief of surgery, though the free minute never says so.
No creator credit appears for this series, which leaves its cast unnamed. The character is named Harriet, as in Under the Boss, but nothing we have says the two series share any cast, and we do not claim it.
