None of that plot is in part 1. The free episode is the arrival, the introductions and a bit of mischief, and the larger story is only something the premise points toward.

The opening eight seconds are a sunny kitchen. A blonde woman wearing a white crop top and grey shorts leans on the counter behind a plate of scrambled eggs and sausage, talking to the camera. All dressed.
From about eight to 23 seconds she opens the front door to a second blonde woman in a pink plaid shirt, denim shorts and a pink handbag. They hold hands, hop up and down and pose close together, which is how the episode signals the twins. At around 23 seconds the action moves to the hallway and kitchen. The visitor hangs her handbag next to a man dressed in a grey tee, then eats a sausage while the other woman watches.
The change comes at about 36 seconds. The scene is a pink bedroom, filmed through a gap in the door. The first woman takes off her white top and appears in a beige bra and grey shorts, standing beside the visitor in plaid. This is the first level 1 moment.
In the last 11 seconds, from roughly 48, the visitor now wears a hot pink bikini top with the denim shorts. The two laugh and hold hands, and a close-up shows the beige bra straps. That is the end of the episode.
As the log is made of 16 frames taken at regular intervals, a split-second moment between two of them may not be recorded.
What My Girlfriend’s Twin leaves out, and what we couldn’t confirm
Nothing explicit and no nudity appear in the free part. The door-gap framing keeps most of the bedroom scene at a distance, and the clothing in view is a bra, a bikini top, shorts and a plaid shirt.
Everything after part 1 is beyond what we can confirm. The synopsis speaks of secret affairs with both sisters, so the later parts may be more suggestive.
